Dear Revelation Software User:
Greetings! Once again I am privileged to invite you to attend the Revelation Software Users’ Conference, held this year at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Since our last conference we’ve been through a recession, a new presidential election here in the USA, and a new version of Windows. Here at Revelation Software, we’ve been busy as well. We released OpenInsight version 9.0 in early 2009, version 9.1 in September of 2009, and are readying our next release for April of 2010.
All of our product line – OpenInsight, the Network Products, Arev32, U2 Connector – have had numerous enhancements, improvements, and new features added. In just the last two releases of OpenInsight, we’ve modified or added over 5,000 items!
Our product lines are improving, with new features for both developers and end users alike. There are new reporting tools and functionality, an improved System Editor, improved web functionality, new controls and functionality for OpenInsight forms, and much, much more.
Plus, we have some brand new features coming out in the product – a SQL connector that lets OpenInsight treat SQL tables as if they are native tables, so you can use all of the commands you’re already familiar with, but the data will live in a SQL database. You can also do the same with other MultiValue products such as U2 or D3.
Perhaps the most exciting new feature in OpenInsight is our O4W – OpenInsight for Web. This browser-based toolkit lets users and developers build new browser-based applications, or add a browser or web-based front end to an existing Revelation application. You can even make an app for the iPhone!
There is a tremendous amount of new content, features, and capabilities in the Revelation Product line. This conference will be focused on providing the attendee with the training they need to learn about these new features, have an opportunity to see these capabilities in action, and decide on how they can best be used by individual organizations. Combined with the Vendor Fair and exhibition, plus some Face to Face time with other developers and users from around the world, this conference is well worth the money.
The 2010 Revelation Software User’s Conference is all about training, training, and training, If you are a Revelation Software developer or end-user, and you want to know what your software can do for you, I invite you to attend this conference.
Thanks very much,
Mike Ruane
