Don Bakke

As the president and founder of SRP, Don has led his team to become one of the most respected and experienced companies offering a complete range of Revelation Software consulting services and related products. In addition to running the company and staying busy as a developer, Don is also the primary teacher for SRP’s Authorized Training Center.
Mary Jean Blink
VSI Technologies

Mary Jean is President of VSI Technologies, Inc. She has been a Revelation developer since 1987. Mary Jean has been a technical trainer for Revelation ATCs for both Advanced Revelation and OpenInsight and has been a technical speaker at various Revelation-sponsored events. A technology enthusiast, she promotes technology education in the business community by presenting seminars for the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce and is also a Computer Information Systems faculty member at the College of Mount Saint Joseph.
Michael Byrne
IBM

Michael Byrne works in technical sales for IBM as a Senior IT Specialist, working with U2 partners and end-users. He started in software consulting with UniData over ten years ago, and also owned his own small software development company doing consulting and product development. Mr. Byrne graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and resides in Denver, CO.
Bob Carten
Revelation Software

Bob has over 25 years experience in the software world, with over 17 of those years using Revelation products. He has been teaching Introduction to OpenInsight since 1999. As software consultant, Bob has worked with many of the major Database products on Windows, Unix, IBM and Linux platforms. As software developer, Bob has been a pioneer in enabling Arev and OpenInsight applications to work over the World Wide Web and Intranets.
Robert Catalano
Revelation Software

Robert began his career in 1977 working as a junior programmer for PPI Programs, Inc. (one of the first Microdata dealerships in the United States). In 1979 he founded Synergy Systems, Inc., a vertical application software development company in New York City. In 1997, Synergy Systems was acquired by Via Systems, Inc., an international leader in connectivity and database products for the MultiValue marketplace. Robert stayed on as Director of Operations and was appointed President in 2001. While at Via he was instrumental in the development of reseller channels for the UniVision and WebWizard product lines. In September of 2004, Robert became a member of the Revelation team as a Technical Sales Specialist. Robert has a BS in Marketing from St. Johns University. He continues to preach the virtues of MultiValue at industry conferences through out the year.
Sean FitzSimons
Revelation Software

Sean has 11 years experience in the software world. A software instructor, Sean first taught Lotus123, WordPerfect and Microsoft Office; he has been teaching Introduction to OpenInsight and Advanced Development in OpenInsight since 2001. Before joining the WinWin/Revelation team, Sean spent 5 years with IBM Global Services as an Application Developer. Sean has a M.S. in Information Systems from Seton Hall University.
Kevin Fournier
SRP Computer Solutions

As OpenInsight continues to grow in its support of alternative technologies, SRP has been enhancing its development staff to take advantage of this opportunity. Kevin joined SRP with the goal to position the company as one of the premier solution providers who can integrate the best of all technological worlds. His efforts have led to the development of many essential utilities, including the SRP Editor and SRP’s popular OLE controls.

David joined Revelation Software in 1999 to head up the Australian office. He has over 17 years experience in programming, support and sales of Revelation products.
John Henry
J.C. Henry & Co.

John C. Henry is President of J.C. Henry & Co., which has been developing solutions for clients with Revelation products since 1983 and Release C of Revelation. John has developed applications for clients in heavy industry, construction, retail, distribution, accounting, electric utility, medical research, non-profit, and manufacturing. As one of the early developers to implement a major application in OpenInsight, he has eight years of experience in developing clean-slate applications with the product. His current interests include the application of the Unified Modeling Language and Object Orientation to the development process using OpenInsight. John has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and currently resides in Walla Walla, Washington.
Andrew McAuley
Sprezzatura Group

Andrew’s Revelation career started in 1983 when he joined the UK’s first dedicated Revelation C distributor as a salesperson. Over the years his reputation has been enhanced by SysOping Revelation’s CompuServe forum, producing “REVMEDIA – The Developer’s Link,” establishing Sprezzatura and in recent years, producing the Sprezzatura Electronic Newsletter (SENL) and articles for industry publications. Now President of the Sprezzatura Group, Andrew continues to provide a depth of knowledge to the Revelation community around the globe.
Robert Orsini
Revelation Software

Bob has over 30 years experience in the software world, with over 17 of those years using Revelation products. Bob started with Mainframe programming using Assembler, Auto Coder, Cobol and RPG. He progressed into supporting and customizing an Advanced Revelation system written by Ceridian. In 1998 he left Ceridian and worked as a development manager using VB and SQL Server for 2 years. Bob joined Revelation in May of 2002 and has worked supporting the OpenInsight and Arev products as well as conversions to OpenInsight from REV G and Arev.
Carl Pates
Sprezzatura Group

Carl joined the Revelation community in the early nineties. Bringing with him an eclectic mix of C++/Delphi/HTML/JavaScript/XML/HTTP and other skills, Carl joined Sprezzatura, where he has quickly established himself as the community’s leading expert on user interface design and Windows API automation. Carl writes regular technical articles for SENL and has worked with Revelation Software in the development of the ODBC driver.
Kevin Ruane
Revelation Software

Kevin has been a member of Revelation Software/WinWin Solutions since 2000, with experience in Revelation Products for eight years. As Director of Operations, Kevin is involved in many of the day-to-day functions of the company, from hardware problems to the production and distribution of Revelation’s software. In addition, he spends much of his time working with and supporting the Revelation suite of network products. When not spending his free time running benchmarks, Kevin can be found plugged into the company pinball machines.
Michael T. Ruane
Revelation Software

In 1997, Mike founded WinWin Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of Revelation based programming and training in ARev/OpenInsight. The firm, under Mike’s guidance, cultivated and maintained relationships with many top-tiered financial, accounting and government organizations. WinWin assumed the role of Primary Technical Support and Product Training for Revelation in 1998. Mike took over the title of President and CEO of Revelation Software in November of 2000, when WinWin Solutions acquired controlling interest in Revelation Software. He continues to develop and teach to this day. He has presented at every Revelation conference since 1989.
Bryan Shumsky
Revelation Software

Bryan Shumsky has worked as a developer and database manager in the multivalue marketplace since 1985. Prior to joining Revelation Software in 2005, he was Director of Engineering at Via Systems for over 10 years, where he was responsible for development and design of numerous popular products, including ViaDuct, ViaODBC, and WebWizard.
Paul Simonsen
SRP Computer Solutions

As a senior developer for over eight years with SRP, Paul has provided vision and leadership in the areas of interfacing OpenInsight with the internet, EDI, XML, and other widely accepted information standards. Paul is the chief architect of iSupport, an OECGI application that provides online community discussion forms, ticket based technical support, and project management tools for SRP and their clients.
John Stamper
VSI Technologies

John is the Vice President of Development for VSI Technologies, Inc. He is a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He is a big supporter of the MultiValue community and has worked with many versions of PICK. John has been working with Advanced Revelation and OpenInsight since 1994. He has taught Visual Basic and Advanced Visual Basic courses at a local college.
Frank Tomeo
SRP Computer Solutions

As a senior developer for over five years with SRP, Frank has been the lead on several major projects. In addition to being a highly skilled Revelation developer, Frank excels at making code and application design more efficient. He continually helps to establish new standards and policies for project development, which has allowed SRP to achieve its reputation of excellence in everything it does.
Rick Weiser

Rick has been working with MultiValue technology for 25+ years and joined
DesignBais in Spring of 2005. During his career, he has been involved with application programming, consulting, and IT management and now as VP of Client Services has now focused on technical and sales roles. Rick’s sessions are always lively and informative.
